I assume you mean updating the NAV system.
You are better off calling the support number than looking for an answer on this forum.

Another Problem is here in Europe we don't have an Acura dealership.

 

I'd keep on them to find you a solution. Maybe it's an issue w/ your Acura being in Europe?

 

Was there a final resolution for your issue? I am getting this same error now. I was in the diagnostics menu and accidently hit the "Version Download" button, and now I have this error and can't use either screen (no audio, no A/C controls, etc.). Were you able to get yours corrected?

 

FYI...I ordered and installed an update to the Nav software, which corrected my issue. Back to normal now.

 

I've replaced the head unit in my car to fix the problem
