I'm unclear what the question is?

You spent thousands of dollars trying to turn your vehicle into a race car and now your upset about your warranty? Yes, of course the dealership is going to "Red Flag" your vehicle for any future issues especially warranty. You just blew your warranty for any current or future problems your vehicle has (for only the modified or modified connected parts).

NOTE:
1) Acura MUST perform recalls on your vehicle - assuming your modifications don't interfere with the recall. For example, if there is a recall on the window, Acura must still perform the recall even if you've tricked out your car.
2) Why the heck didn't you just buy a "Go Fast" vehicle like a Mustang, Camaro or Charger instead of trying to create a new faster vehicle for cheaper or around the same price as a TLX?!
3) Lets mention insurance. I assume you have insurance. What is going to happen when you are racing some other car and get into a crash? You are going to expect your insurance to take care of the vehicle and medical. Ooops. You insured a stock 355 HP vehicle, NOT a 500 HP beast. The insurance company is going to claim FRAUD on your part for not telling them that you heavily modified your car without telling them and at the same time they will REFUSE to pay any part of your claim. This could be very costly. At least when you insure a Camaro or Charger, the insurance companies know to ask if you have the high performance versions and will charge you accordingly.

Lecture Time - These TLX vehicles are NOT designed for Ultra High Horsepower. Sure you can make modifications to the engine and get 400 or 500 HP, but what about the transmission, brakes, exhaust, cooling and other components that were not designed for this type of Horsepower? You almost need to re-design the entire vehicle at a prohibitive cost and a cost much more than a Camaro or Charger. If you really want to turn your TLX into the FASTEST TLX around, then at least wait until your warranty is over!

My suggestion: Get rid of the car as soon as you can. It will cost you thousands or more in the long run. Then, go buy a GO FAST car!!
