In my wife's Jeep, the dynamic lines in her backup camera are spot on. I center the lines between the lines of the parking stall, and I'm dead center in the stall. Her dynamic lines seem to be *exactly* equivalent to wheel position.
On my TLX, however, the left line seems to be a little too left, and the right line seems to be way, way to the right. In other words, I have to place the left line just outside of the parking stall line for my tires to be 3 inches or so inside of it. At the same time, the right line is practically 1/4 of the way into the next stall, even though my tires are actually inside my own stall.
To make a long story short (too late), the dynamic lines are nowhere close to where they should be. Is there any way to adjust them -- even in the hidden system menu? Will replacing the camera make a difference? Or, do I just have to live with lines that apparently assume I'm backing the Titanic into port?
