I can't get my 2016 TLX trunk to open with 2 remotes or with trunk release. I have to use the key that comes with the remote and manually open.

Is it possible that the Trunk Main Switch in the glove compartment has been inadvertently switched off? That would prevent opening the trunk with the remote, the trunk release button on the dash and the trunk release button on the trunk lid.

Yup it sound like it might be the switch in the glove compartment.
