I have seen news that the Acura RLX concept will be unveiled at the LA auto show but I haven't heard anything about the TLX. Do you have anything other than a feeling to base your prediction off of?

haven't really seen much news or spy shots on it for a while.

there are some major world auto shows coming up, chances are we'll see the unveiling their, expect more photos to leak right before which ever show it will be unveiled at.
I'm thinking it will be either the 2014 NAIAS show or 2013 Tokyo Show.

At least nothing that has been announced, but some car makers keep their unveilings secret until right up to the event. If not at LA or Tokyo, then it could be in Detroit.

the RLX... as in the RLX thats been on sale for a full year? You need to check your sources, they seem to be taking the mickey

Since we know the RLX AWD has been announced for LA (and nothing else), seems like the odds of an LA reveal are diminishing. Unfortunately that means probably a January reveal in Detroit, right? My dealer says they were told to expect the car in May, which I find hard to believe since we've heard nothing yet, but who knows.

well depends, If TLX shows up in January like initially expected a Detroit reveal is too close, but if its may like mongo just said his dealer claims than a Detroit review is plausible....

I sure hope that's the case, at the moment there's no solid info on the TLX reveal happening any time soon, any info saying it will be revealed early 2014 is questionable.

for a model that is supposed to be their volume leader they are not exactly whetting out appetites. Most auto shoppers aren't enthusiasts, they don't follow a car from concept to birth like some of us. Without a mainstream announcement or teaser or even a concept how will the general population even know the TLX is coming?
