I have had my I4 since August 2014. No transmission issues.
The Accord is a very nice car, especially at the high end with leather and 6 cylinders, but at the end of the day it's still an Accord. I can't speak for your financial situation, but if you are thinking about getting a loaded Accord that's pushing the $30K price point, just go with the TLX.Hey guys,
I was looking into getting the 4 cyl. model and saw a class action lawsuit for the issues with the 8 speed DCT transmission.. Are there still known with the issues?? Now I'm seriously reconsidering and looking to get the V6 accord instead.
I just had the software update done to my tranny and so far a world of improvement. I would go with the TLX.Hey guys,

Is your car one of those first out the production line? Mine is manufactured in Apr 2015 and I don't think I notice any transmission issues.I just had the software update done to my tranny and so far a world of improvement. I would go with the TLX.
I took delivery Sept 9, 2014 and had a build date in August 2014, so yes, mine is one of the very early ones.Is your car one of those first out the production line? Mine is manufactured in Apr 2015 and I don't think I notice any transmission issues.
