My relationship with this car goes up and down haha. After having to deal with the power steering rack issue and an alignment issue I thought i was in the clear but during my first oil change my tech advised me he noticed oil leaking from under the car. So I checked it out with him and sure enough there was oil. Went to the deal to have them checkit out. They Added dye and told me come back. Dealer is about an hour away so I figured Id run back to my buddies shop, do my second oil change and pray that maybe what was there was just excess and be good to go. Not the case. There was more oil working its way down from the back side of the engine and it had dye in it. So def a leak. Gonna have to take it in and deal with the whole back and forth that i was praying to avoid. Anyone else with 21 or 22's notice anything? I copied pics below. The first set of two is the first oil change and the other two is this current oil change.

Things break. I would also let the dealer know that it is leaking directly on the exhaust and thus is a fire hazard. They might want to tow it in instead of having you drive it in.

Hey I was curious if you had this resolved I just was about to get my first oil change done and noticed it had a leak I took it into the dealership as soon as I noticed, but unfortunately, they denied any service to be done for it because it was not dripping onto the splash shield

I got mine S Type roughly month and a half ago, 1500 miles on odometer. Car has been at the dealer 6 times now, high pitched breaks noise when backing out of garage, suspension noises (one resolved, some sensor was loose), sill troubleshooting more from the front end, “drifting to the right” at highway speeds. Car is still in the shop. I would not expect this from Acura. I’ve have had brand new 2006 TL and it was perfect. Did not want a German because I have had problems with them before. Experience so far is far from premium. Have you guys experience same issues?

Brakes squeal such as what you are describing is a known issue and there's a fix issued. Had it done on mine and issue is resolved. As for pulling to the right, I experienced pulling to the left and had to go to a second Acura dealership before I found a service department competent enough to fix it. It was an easy fix that the other dealership simply was not applying and has to do with some sort of TLS(??) reset related to the adaptive damper system.

Far from premium is exactly the right word. Most of these cars have issues, and when the issues are corrected you get new issues.

Update:
Dealer called and said the car is ready. They could not duplicate brake and suspension noises. Took both rep and mechanic for a quick ride and sure enough noises are there.
Car still pulls hard to the right: road force balance performed, tires deflated from 40 psi to 36psi, rotated and alignment done - work continues.

Time to pull out the consumer rights booklet in your glove box and see what next steps are in your state.

Here is the update. Got the car back, still pulls to the right, tires inflated 37psi on passenger side vs 36psi on the driver side- clearly dealer trying everything they can to do temp fix. Suspension noise is still there, I took tech and rep for a ride and both confirmed they can hear it but as of now I was told they drove around the town and could not reproduce. Brakes still clicking (high pitch noise is gone most likely doe to outside temp being over 65F), was told click is normal and they cannot do anything about it. What is interesting I got inside letter from Acura to tell reps how to deal with customers who have brake click.
