Anyone have trouble getting the trunk button work?

All the other buttons work except the trunk. My receiver and remote is from a MDX.
Mine also works fine but the receiver was from a RDX. The used MDX receivers I seen advertised were for 2014 and 2015 and didn't match the numbers I was looking for so I stayed away from them. The TLX and RDX had a part number 38370-TZ3 ETC the MDX was 38370-TZ6 ETC TZ6 being the difference.

No luck trying to get my trunk to open with the RS fob. It’s so strange. All my numbers match OPs.

And the dealership said they can’t do anything since the RS button shows a picture of an SUV. I wonder if the HOLD letters next to the SUV picture is the issue.

Weird...My Fob was from a TLX so I had no worries there. I can't read the numbers on your Fob but if their the same it makes no sense why it wouldn't work. Really sucks if you have to get a different Fob and pay for more programming! Good luck with it.

Very nice. Exactly what I was looking for. Also didn’t know about the trick to getting the bolster off without seat removal. You the man.

What is the ECM assist module I need, when I search ebay for it, it looks like the radar assembly, it shouldn't have anything to do with remote start.

If I order 38015-TZ3-X20 on acurapartswarehouse will it have everything I need to install remote start?

If you want to get a remote start kit, it will have everything you need. You’ll still need to get it programmed once it’s installed.

Here are the part numbers:
2018-2020 - 38015-TZ3-X20
2015-2017 - 38015-TZ3-A10

Didn't want to but I couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else got it from APW for 296. My dealer wanted 415 for it plus 2 hours at $150 ea(can you believe that) for labor and another 200 to program the keys.
