My 2018 J35Y6 engine developed a rod knock at 101k. Out of warranty, out of luck.
However, I was able to buy a very low mileage 2020 motor and trans from a rear wrecked A-Spec and did the swap myself.
I have everything from the trans to the throttle body. Harnesses, brackets, covers etc. All taken apart without much issue.
The engine is disassemble because I had to see the rod bearing myself.
Trans is in one piece and had zero issues.
