I just bought a 2019 TLX V6 Advance model and I would like to know how to update the Gracenote database. I really can’t find any instructions for models with the ELS sound system, only the Alpine system that is in the base models.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks Gary. The instructions for the TLX indicate that it is for Alpine 3.2 systems. Is that correct for my model with the ELS system.

That would be accurate (Alpine 3.2). I used to update frequently, but of late have not needed it. The only feature I saw, was when I inserted a CD, It would find the title and track listing. I find I stream more than I used to, so the only CD I have loaded is my own burned CD with a "gazillion" songs on it just in case I get into an area with poor cell service for internet data!
