Much easier than running the power to the fuse box.

There is a mount, is there a way to power the radar from the rearview mirror??

I have a 21 a spec Tlx with a passport escort and a blend mount attached and hardwired by a local company, and to be honest, there is NO room. Initially installing and tightening the mount, I couldn’t move the rear view mirror to the left far enough to where I needed it to see. I ended up putting some foam inside the clamp ring of the mount to force it to tighten closest to the windshield. The post is tapered so when you tighten, it just inches closer to the back of the rear view mirror. I’ve figured out how to just make it work - it is possible.

I think this is why Blendmount suggest to use this one...

Theres usually someone already found which wires to use from the power supply coming from the rearview mirror. But I guess this car is still so new, no one has done it??

I have done it.
Oh you said a local company did it for you. Did they power it through the power supply from the rearview mirrow or to the fusebox??

Front Camera and windshield wiper sensor takes up a lot of room behind the mirror. You may not have the room to adjust the mirror with the detector mounted.

I think this will work...

I am using a MirrorMount right now and it almost keeps my R7 straight. Its tilting slightly to the left.

I just need someone with a multimeter to find out which wires to connect the invisicord to. :)

Hi I am about to lease a 2021 TLX A-Spec

But before I do, I would like to know if anyone has mounted their radar on the rearview mirror and if it was possible to power it from the rearview mirror??

Thanks
I just got my 2021 A-Spec Blue/Ebony and the Dash mount is on its way for a Escort Max 3. I too want to know if anyone has pics on which wires go where for the Max 3 to work. But first, how do you open the plastic casing lol?

Have you removed the rearview mirror cover? I sort of figured out how to get the Blendmount set up right for my Max 3. I just don't know how to safely remove the rearview mirror cover. I can't find pics or videos anywhere on it and I think it's different than the 2019. I don't want to snap anything. I have the multimeter ready to go and from what I've seen from other model Acura videos they already may be easy to spot the ground and the other wire and able and easy to connect. I just need to figure out how to get the case off to start! Ahhhh!

I was able to remove the bottom part of the rearview mirror assembly, I just push on where the red circles are and pulled down on this piece Then kinda push it toward the front of the car to loosen the back part...
