The TLX GPS takes some getting used to. It's not as simple and easy to operate like a Garmin. I hope with time, I get more fluent in my GPS-ness.

Anyone else having issues with the GPS and traffic rerouting? My wife kept getting tossed into more traffic using the rerouting feature this morning, though it could be due to the unusually heavy volume today. She's commuting from Long Island to NYC...

I've been using the TLX GPS only for a few days and although it is configured with "show traffic on" option it didn't show the congestion we got stuck in on a highway during the last weekend (chronic congestion point). My Garmin always shows red or yellow colors in this location as it gets real time traffic updates from the consolidated data from all local radio stations. Have not seen the rerouting in action yet.

Wow that's not good, i'm sure even google maps is more accurate. That can cost you, imagine going somewhere and it telling you there won't be any traffic, yet you get their and you're stuck for 30 minutes in bumper to bumper traffic, moving at a crawl.
