After a bunch of research in all these forums, I ended up buying a Honda P/N because they’re cheaper. Nuts are 08W42-TG7-100 and locks are 08W42-TG7-101A. Purchase from alldiscountparts.com with no issues.

Porsche also uses ball seat. Wondering if there's any reason these wouldn't work for us?

The porsche lug nuts fit the stock ‘21+ Acura TLX rims since they are both a 14mm ball seat radius. A guy over on the CTR forum did a whole thread about this. The ‘17+ CTR’s are the same lug bolt size as the ‘21+ TLXs (14mm x 1.5 pitch with a 14mm ball seat radius). He ordered a bunch of different lug nuts and finally ended up recommending the porsche lug nuts as the best option. I ordered some black ones and they should be here tomorrow. I can update this thread after I test fit them.Porsche also uses ball seat. Wondering if there's any reason these wouldn't work for us?

I can confirm that the black gorilla honda / acura lock lug nuts are a true fit for the TLX stock rims. They are R14 (14mm radius) and seat correctly.

Porsche lug nuts installed. They fit fine, but 2 things I noticed:
1) They are longer, so they don't sit as flush as Acura OEM.
2) The black finish may not be as durable, as I already see minor nicks from installing. I did not use any power tools to install. Hand tightened, then torqued to spec (127Nm).
Waiting on the black Gorilla lock nuts to replace those.

Gorilla's received and installed. Looks much better. Also took a close up of one of the minor marks I mentioned on the Porsche nuts.
