Part required: PacAudio TR7.

All that is needed to do is take apart 3 dash pieces, the 2 Pillars on either side of the shifter selectors (just grab and pull towards you) and the Shifter selector (4 phillips screws and then pull towards you). The "A" Off button has a plug w/ a Blue wire that is the negative output to disengage the engine shut off.

Installation: First connect the TR7 using 4 wires, Red, Black, Green, White. Connect the Red AND Green together to power (white wire at Cig. lighter plug) and Black to Black of cig. plug. Connect the White TR7 wire to the BLUE wire in the connector of the A-Off switch.
Next, change the TR7 flash option to #9 (its a 5 second delay feature) by doing this....turn the Tr7 toggle switch ON, turn the car on, now tap the BROWN wire of the TR7 to ground(the black wire of the cig. plug for example) 9 times. (you can watch the red led inside the tr7 each time you tap it to ground) Once finished, the Tr7 will then confirm option 9 is now set by flashing the LED 9x. Now turn OFF the toggle switch of the TR7.

What you now have is a Negative (-) pulse happening 5 seconds after you start the car, to the A-off button so you no longer have to manually push it every time you drive!

Yes, the Tr7 is what we in the car audio world have used for decades to 'bypass' the Alpine,Pioneer car radio/video screen viewing & menu options and many more methods. This multipurpose relay/timer is a great option for something like this and I wanted to share its use in this application w/ my fellow Acura folks here.
