I have been stalking this forum for a while waiting (forever it seems) for delivery of my TLX which occurred yesterday. I have 156 miles on the SH-AWD Advance model in Graphite Luster Metallic with a Graystone interior. I have the wood steering wheel and mudflaps along with Super Polysteel Protection. As a I read the forum, I had some anxiety that I would have problems with this car. Fortunately, so far no problems to report at all. Knock on faux wood;)

I would like to comment on AutoStop/Start which has been frustrating to many of you. I come from a Lexus CT Hybrid that also had this feature that admittedly takes some getting used to. I would suggest a light movement of the steering wheel will start the engine. For example, if you are 3rd in line at a light that turns green, move the wheel slightly to start the engine and you will be good to go when the car ahead of you moves without any hesitation.

Happy motoring!

Glad you are a happy TLX driver like myself and many others.

Thanks for any tips you can offer.
