ASpec vs. Non

So on paper is does the ASpec offer better performance in terms of acceleration? Same HP right? I couldn't find any difference but perhaps the truth is hiding.

Based on what I've read, it's suspension and better tires. The engine and transmission are the same and not tuned differently. The handling should be better for sure. I know when I swapped the tires on my '15 it made a big difference.

From all I've read, Andre is right. This guy has two reviews and he's pretty good. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IVhyvCwxevg

I love everything about the aspec except that you can't get it in the advanced trim.

Acura "could" have easily messed with the IDS settings to make the Sport and Sport+ feel better. Even quicker throttle response, turning, shifting, etc. The A-Spec feels much quicker then my 15 did.

Hello. A few questions if you don't mind. What is your wheel current rim size and which tires did you switch out the OEM tires for? Did you change tire size or just brand?

When I had my TLX I had the Acura 19 inch diamond cut wheels with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. The tire size I had was 245/40R19. The tires are on the pricey side, but they sure do handle well.

Here is a post that has the TLX tire and wheel specs.
